White Mountain - 1620 battlefield and tumulus [ Sight ]The culmination on November 8th 1620 of the struggle between the forces of the Estates and the Habsburgs (the battle that decided the fate of the Czech nation). The forces of the Estates were slaughtered at the White Mountain. Frederick of the Palatinate fled, and the Estates suffered cruel reprisals.
